Status – DBES Soft Launch

Double Barrel Environmental Services is about 15 minutes away from a ‘soft launch’ with an easy landing. Just kidding. A soft launch means the entire site is launched, but portions of the sites content areas are pending. Similar to the new Team Northrup site, which also had a soft launch, DBES is anxious to have their new look – live – despite a few content holes here and there. Spike Likes that. Why? Because it means our clients like our work!

The new DBES site is a wonder for its industry, hazardous waste management and environmental cleanup services. The new site is clean, crisp, polished and…beautiful.

Unexpected.
Excellent word to describe the new site. Unexpected. When we performed our initial research for the site, looking at competition etc., we saw A LOT of seemingly shock-value alarming sites that preyed more on the viewer’s sense of anxiety. Burning buildings, dark, bleak, unprofessional and cluttered…you get the idea. For the new DBES site, we decided to go for a design that reflects the true nature of the DBES company – heroic, out of the box thinkers that people can depend on at all times.
