It’s that time of year again –the holiday celebrations have officially begun and we are working hard on several exciting creative requests which explains why the last news entry was…yikes!…quite some time ago. Yes, we’ve been that busy busy busy!

Recently, I have had the good fortune to have several delightful conversations with webtreepro Cofounder and VP Marketing, Kevin Weisner. During our last chat – Kevin touched on something I thought worth sharing and pondering over.

So, I was fortunate enough to work on the new Chiquita Bananas web site concept for Sitelab Interactive over the past 3 weeks. Yippee! The arrow shown right is one of several hand-drawn (with a Sharpie and black ball point pen) doo-dads that will be found on the site.

It’s not every day someone comes up to you and says, “here, play with this for a little bit” and hands you a Nikon D3 sporting a telephoto AF VR 80-400mm lens. Even if it was only for an hour, I consider the offer a happy treat.

It’s taken us what seems like an endless amount of evenings and weekends to build the new Spike Likes site and yet, it still has a few holes here and there.  This project is definitely an ongoing work in progress.

 All right, so we were trying to launch 2009 Spike Likes web site before this announcement was published on the Microsoft Office Live Small Business site, but we are still about a week out from flipping the “on” switch.
